Hive Hub connection problem

I cannot connect a Hive Hub. I have Virgin Media 3.0 in modem only mode, connected to Zyxel Multy X. The Hive Hub is connected to Zyxel by cable bur does not show on Zyxel app or seem to connect to Hive server.
