    It seems that there is port conflict.
    May I know what is the purpose of this configuration?

    If you want to access your NAS326 from outside, I will suggest you to add port forward on your router.

    After did this setting, do you able to access your NAS326 from outside?

    You also can refer to this discussion.

    I don't configure UPnP, only set port forward rules on my router.
    - Paired my NAS on myZyxelCloud and set DDNS
    - Port forward [external port <-> internal port] as 8483 <-> 443

    a few days ago I connected to my modem via lan Tenda Nova MW3 (wifi mesh).
    today by enabling the port on the nas in the UPnP port mapping, even on zyxel cloud it did not give me errors, however I still cannot connect from the outside.

    68/5000
    if i open https://host_name.zyxel.me
    the modem page appears

    Try to add port number after URL, "https://host_name.zyxel.me:port_number".

    I have already tried, if I put: 80 the modem login page opens, if I put: 5000 or 5001 "Could not reach the site" error

    Please try to enable HTTPS on your NAS326.
    Then, add a port forward rule [external port <-> internal port] as 8483 <-> 443.
    After that, using URL to access your NAS326 from out side, for example - "https://abc123.zyxel.me:8483".
