NAS firmware upgrade seems stuck

I attempted to do a firmware upgrade of my NAS326 through the interface.  It has been stuck at 10% for 30 minutes.  Everywhere it says not to reset during a firmware upgrade.  How long do I wait?  Is it going to be hosed if I reboot it? 

Edit: I can still access the files on the NAS through my laptop.

I let it sit all day.  I couldn't log into the web interface (message was something like a firmware update was in progress.  I had to reboot the NAS.  Luckily I was then able to complete the firmware update and it seems fine.

same here. Reset doesn't work. How do you reboot? Just unplug the power?

ok, i've turn it off and turn it on again. No firmware update but it's working again.
