Zyxel vmg1312-b10d Factory Reset not working

Hello everyone (It's my first post so i apologize if i don't anything wrong),

I just arrived in a new appartement where there is a Zyxel vmg1312-b10d, problem is : i got a steady red light for power button (which means router malfunction). So i am trying to reset the router by pressing the "reset" button with a paperclip but it is simply not working : after 15 seconds of holding (ive tried it many times 30 > 60 seconds) the light stays still without flashing as it should be.

I have tried the 30 30 30 hard reset strat but also not working

If the problem still persist after pressing the reset button, my suggestion is to contact your local support for further help.
