vgm1312 b10D firmware update problem

Hello,

everytime I try to upload a new firmware version on my VGM1312 B10D router, the system logs out without performing the update. I click on "upload" once I have entered maintenance/firmware upgrade and having chosen the right update file; at that point, the system starts uploading but after approx 2-minutes the system logs out. I don't get any messages about a failed update, it just logs out and takes me to the log in screen of the router. 

Any ideas? I am doing this from my windows PC on chrome browser.
