VMG8924-B10A | home wifi: why can't I connect to 2.4G?

Hi.
I have a VMG8924-B10A router.
I can connect to the 5G as usual, but as of yesterday none of my devices will connect to 2.4G.
I have checked the wireless settings in the config interface and all seems fine.
The same passwd is applied to both bands.
Any suggestions?

Hola,tienes activada en configuración de wifi el 2.4G y en configuración de red inalámbrica esta activada también,si todo está correcto puede que reseteando ,la configuración se restablezca.
