Wi-Fi Connection not stable Catalina

The router seams to not have problems.
But it doesn't work with my laptop, after I uploaded Mac OS Catalina.
My router is Home&Life HUB is there any upload I should do or any other solution?
I contacted my phone company and apple support, so I tried al ready several solutions,
so now I was looking for an update for the Firewall, but I can't find, sincerely don't really no how.
