If nas326 finds upnp router, but specifies address as 0.0.0.0, is problem with the nas or router?

Am not able to access nas326 over wan. nas works over lan but not with zyxel.me. I think the nas should identify the upnp router with the given static address. Is this the nas or the router which is the broken link?
(nas326 | control panel | network | upnp port mapping | status address.)

    Hi,

How about use NAT to direct port 80 via port forwarding to the NAS, it's rather simple.

Have you checked on the router? is the Upnp feature enabled on router?

Router upnp enabled. Nas326 see address as 0.0.0.0
Not able to access nas from zyxel.me

    Router says upnp enabled.

Nas control panel says 'found upnp router', IP address '0.0.0.0'.
Nas works locally lan, but not wan zyxel.me zcloud.

    Hi TY9527,
Thanks for your input. Per your suggestion I port forward in router to port 80. Nas326 still identifies ip address as 0.0.0.0. BUT zyxel.me via zcloud now finds nas326. Thank you very much for your help.
