LTE7460 Sim Error

Hello,
my problem is the following:
I installed the LTE 460 Modem on my roof a few weeks ago, then i fell off the roof, but my injuries i could handle very well since i had 60 Mbit
.
Yesterday my modem showed an error and my internet is gone.

Rebooting 10 times and resetting to factory didnt do anything.
Now i am afraid to climb on the roof again to reinsert the simcard.
Any idea what i could do?

Hi Sid ,
Firstly check the current firmware on your LTE7460-M608 , if it uses the generic version V100ABFR then upgrade to the latest firmware 1.00(ABFR.4)C0 to see if solve the problem or not.
You can get the latest firmware 1.00(ABFR.4)C0 from Zyxel global website.Secondly , if problem not be solved after upgrade the latest firmware. Please contact your sim card service provider to confirm whether stop service or others.
If above still not solve the problem , we will need you take off the LTE7460 from the roof for further checking.0
