The meaning of heavy loading shows on site Dashboard or in Nebula AP and Nebula SW page are different.
Example of heavy loading on AP status
Please refer to our NCC online User Guide for more info.
- For Nebula AP, it means the number of online Nebula APs that exceed the maximum client device number(configured in your Load Balancing settings) by total number of online Nebula APs in the site.
- For Nebula SW, it means the number of online Nebula SWs that exceed 70% of their upstream bandwidth by total number of online Nebula SWs in the site.
