iPad disconnects to VMG3925-B10C router

Hello

My Ipad 2 (latest OS) has troubling staying connected to VMG3925-B10C router (firmware V5.13(AAVF.13)J1 - customized by ISP?).

Problem usually occurs when the iPad hasn't been used for day (rather than in-session).

And sometimes when trying to connect to wifi, the router password is not recognized by the Ipad.

Any advice?
