How can I find the router password if the default and reset is not working

I have reset the VMG1312-B10D Router but the default password is still not working. What is the fix for this problem.

Do you mean the back label admin/password cannot help you to log in? Does your ISP have did FW upgrade for you and may I know your current FW version?0
