My WRE2205 v1 will not reset

I updated to the most current verion of firmware and now my unit doesn't work. The Signal light does not illuminate at all and I cannot reset the unit. The Power and WiFi lights are on constant (no blinking). When I connect via Ethernet cable the LAN light blinks, but I am not able to bring up the configuration for the unit.

Have you press the reset button for over 10 seconds, and the power light will blink.
Then the IP of WRE will back to default, and that will be 192.168.1.2

You will have to set your PC to the same IP subnet, such as 192.168.1.100/255.255.255.0
Next, access to the webGUI by typing 192.168.1.2 on the browser.
