Hello,
I have the modem in question and I connected a hard disk to the USB port.
I can reach the Hard Disk from any device, but not from those with WINDOWS10.
Can you help me?

Are you sure the model name is correct? I never heard this model.Can you please show us how to do it with Windows 10? (Your test steps and settings)0
