Sim Not Ready Zyxel 3310

Hello,

Hope someone can help. I have been using a TP link router with my three SIM card and it works perfectly fine. I wanted a router that can bridge which is why I purchased the Zyxel. 

I place my Sim in a brand new Zyxel 3310 then turn it on, wait 10 minutes and still get the flashing red light with the three signal bars and the status of Sim not ready when I log into the router.

i have tried this multiple times, removing and reinserting the SIM card and then powering on the router again and still nothing. 

I have tried the antennae’s included and also my external antennae to no avail. 

Any help appreciated.
