Why does the philips hue bridge not function when connected to the zyxel but working fine at Genexis router? I have the zyxel connected to the genexis and WiFi there is turned off. Everything else is working fine.

Which Zyxel model are you using and how the Philips hue bridge connect to this Zyxel device? Maybe you can draw us the topology and describe more detail about the symptom "no function"

When I changed the system to bridge mode it just worked.
