How can i solve Aurora "Failed to read the configuration" error?

Hi,
I have an Aurora cam which has been up and running for three years until now. Today it suddenly dropped out of network. First I reconnected it but it did not work. Then I tried rebooting and reconnecting it. That did not work either. My efforts of re-setting it up on my phone which I tried as a last resort also ended in no success. The following message keeps popping up when I try to open Aurora cam view: "Failed to read the configuration".Can anyone help me to fix it? Thanks.
