Create Server Using zyxel Router

Greetings! I am endeavoring to make a Teamspeak worker for individual use through a ZyXEL switch, however even in the wake of opening every one of the 3 essential ports and ensuring the Server was on a static IP, no one but I can interface and nobody else. This is my first time causing a worker and I to have zero information on coding or anything of the such, and accordingly, am contemplating whether any other person has effectively set up a worker through this organization.
