The user guide at ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/Multy_X_(WSQ50)/user_guide/  should help you to use the Multy APP to manage your devices including using it to update the firmware.

Hi @9618lin,

The firmware will auto-upgrade to the latest one if you're freshly installed.
If there is a new firmware, it will pop-outa a message inform there is a new firmware and ask if you would upgrade it or not.
