Internet light always red

I recently got a AMG1202-T10B N lite modem. Followed all instructions, but Internet LED is solid red. Cannot connect to internet. Can connect with other modem.

FRoom looking in the user guide at ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/AMG1202-T10B/user_guide/ the Internet LED being Red suggests a configuration issue or no response from your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Are there any errors in the log file of your router, such as CHAP authentication failed or PPPoE failures?
