My router is not connecting to the internet

Hello,
I have ZyXEL vmg8924-b10a.
The cable works, if I plug it into a computer it's fine, but if I plug it in the router I get red internet light.
I tried to do the factory reset and update firmware, nothing changed.
Please help me.

    Does the cable mean Ethernet cable?
    What is your WAN settings on the VMG8924-B10A?
