VMG4825-B10A Reboots 5-6 Times Every Day!!!

Operating on Firmware V5.11(ABFT.1)C0, our VMG4825 has rebooted on its own about 5-6 times every day. We never know when. This is obviously not good and we've talked to our ISP several times to no avail. I can't seem to figure out if the firmware is up to date or if we can even manage that without throwing the ISP off. Please share your thoughts. Thanks.
