Parental Control- "One connect setup"

Hi
just got a XMG3927-B50A router and I'm trying to setup parental control where I need to untick the "one connect setup" box but the box is grey and I can't untick!!!
I also notice that that are other box grey and I cant change such as the "Keep 2.4G and 5G the same" in wireless.
