Is the Zyxel VMG3925-B10C provided by my ISP different from the consumer model?

Hi
I am unable to set up more than one USB share on my VMG3925-B10C provided by PO broadband in the UK, i.e. it will only allow me to create a single share. If I try to set up a second share I get the eror message:Set SAMBA DIR Object Fail.
I am also unable to update the firmware on this router.
