What happened to PLA6456 firmware V1.00(ABSU.4)C0_US?

As the title states what happened to the download for the firmware for the PLA6456?
In KB017825 it mentions firmware V1.00(ABSU.4)C0_US. In the downloads, it only shows V1.00(ABSU.3)C0_US. Is there a reason that it was removed? Should I flashback my PLA6456 to ABSU.3?

    Dear Sir,

    The V1.00(ABSU.4)C0_US was revoked due to some kind of internal process.

    And the KB017825  you mentioned we'll revise it.

    I'll suggest downgrading to the firmware version V1.00(ABSU.3)C0_US.
