Trying to install my new Multy U. Asked to enter PPPoE. "Enter your ISP-provided username and password."
Where do I find that?

How do you install your Multy U device?
If your Multy is connected to a modem, I don't think you need to set a PPPOE connection.
There is the installation in FAQ, you can have a look at it.
