Multy app is disconnected

like many others I have the problem that my multy app (android) says it is disconnected. Internet connectivity works, though. I just cannot administer my multy anymore.

    What Multy device model are you using?
    Could you provide your network topology?
    Please provide us some screenshots related to your issue.
    What is your Multy app version?
    Could you send us the feedback on the Multy APP?

    Multy Device: WSQ50
    NW topology: bridge mode
