Hi, there are a lot of corrections to be made on this young model: 1. Translation, in my situation to italian (es. clear >> pulisci, and not chiaro: light) and other words 2. Cloud account doesn't recognize the mac adress and serial of router, manually too 3. The link aggregation function today is a must have 4. Is important an auto reboot time day by day and more settings to add

    For the second request, do you mean the device is not shown on the Pcloud?

    And you would like to see the device on the Pcloud?

    For cloud: i do the login with Apple because have two factor security and it's ok, if i try to log for a vpn server the apple account is not visible and i must log with mail (maybe another account auto created but useful for app remote on ios)

    Agree with Scorpione. I can add that :
    - I am not able to register the product on Zyxel websites.
    - There is no possibility to backup the router configuration.
    - I have to use it as an AP. After 24h as a Router, it become unstable.
    - The landing page with the kind of "Widget" sometime just freeze and it is not possible to access the configuration.

    Try to reset the zywall and if you have other problems with registration go inside with local login, if you can
    For backup config go in tilt / have you the circle to wait?
    The automatic firmware don't update? Actually is at 5c
    In my situation i'm login to ppoe if can be useful

    Thank's Scorpione for your suggestions.
    Today, I can login into my Armor G5 router with the local account but the widgets of the landing page don't load and the page is stuck.
    I would prefer not to reset the router as I already spent some time on it !
    How do you backup/restore a configuration ? what is tilt ?

    the restore/backup is a function that must to be on "maintenance" but Zyxel i hope it fits

    Could you share your network topology?

    What is the firmware version you're currently using?

    Does the landing page still not load and still stuck on the page?

    You can try to use incognito to access the Web GUI.


    We do not have an option to backup configuration on Web GUI.

    We'll evaluate the feature.

    Hello Jerry,

    Here is the version of my FirmwareV1.00(ABSK.5)C0
    I have to use my Armor G5 has a AP because as a router the softwware is really unstable.
    The landing page is stuck sometime, today it is not. Good thing as I have to add a MAC Address to the Wifi MAC Filter
    I will try with incognito mode next time it is frozen

    Regarding the backup/restaure, I don't think this is an option for you !!
    It is written in the documentation !! P 13
    And this is the most basic feature of any router !!
