I have a VMG4825-B1F0-I can't get my parental control to show unauthorized access, the gray box next to the green box (authorized).  I put in 00:00-00:30 as this is the closest i can get to 24 block for certain websites and it doesn't work. My goal is to block certain sites for my kid at all times.

I cannot find a user guide for your exact model but have found one for a https://www.zyxel.com/us/en/uploads/images/20160523120015000_VMG4825-B10A_UsersGuide_V1.00.pdf which might be similar enough.

Do the instructions on pages 193 and 194 of that guide help?

To block certain sites all the time you might need to use the Site/URL keyword part of the And New PCP screen.
