What to do when fail to add device through QR code?

1.       If you scanned device QR code but failed display device MAC and Serial Number, try use the magnifier button to enlarge the QR graph as below graph.

          The issue usually happened on the lower pixel devices.


2.        If you scanned device QR but displayed the devices have been registered or cannot go on-line as below graph.

           Please help to fill in Serial Number and MAC manually to double confirm the device registration status.
