Problems with VMG8924-B10A

Hi,

I have the router VMG8924-B10A, and now daily experience blackouts on the connection for about 1 min? never seen this before.. I've updated the firmware to the latest.
anyone experienced this before? please let me know

    When you say that you have the latest firmware, can you please confirm what version of firmware you have please?

    The latest in ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/VMG8924-B10A/firmware/ is 1.00(AAKL.28)C0 from 2019.

    When you say that you are getting blackouts, do you mean that you are getting ADSL/VDSL disconnections and redials?
         - can you post a log extract of what you are seeing?
    or are you experiencing WiFi issues?
