Dear Zyxel Users,
Device model:
GS1920v2 series
GS2220 series
XS3800-28
Symptom:
The model listed above is subject to a bug which LLDP feature causing switch management hang up and layer 2 forwarding traffic failed.
Workaround:
Disable all switch ports LLDP feature.
Switch > Configure > Switch ports
We will have this issue fix soon.

We regret to announce an issue after upgrading firmware to V4.70 patch 0/ patch 1 and would like to call your attention in the meantime.
