Slow WiFi/LAN bridge speed.

Hi
I have a ZYXEL VMG3925-B10C. My computer is currently 2 feet away from it. I am connected via 5GHz AC at full signal. Windows reports the connection is at 866 mbps. I access another computer that is connected to the ZYXEL via ethernet. Speed is terrible, about 90mbps, no where near 866. I disconnect from WiFi and connect via ethernet. I test the speed to the other computer again, I get the full 1000mbps. Why is the wifi so slow? And how do I fix it?

NVM, after doing some research it seems that's all the device is capable of due to software based packet steering. Basically, it's a pile of garbage. So looks like I'm going to have to fork out for a decent AP, disable the Wifi on this useless rubbish and plug it in via ether net to get anything like reasonable Wifi speeds.0

Hello @Dodlee
Do you know what firmware your VMG3925-B10C is running?
ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/VMG3925-B10C/firmware/ shows that the latest firmware is V5.13AAVF12.C0 is the latest from 2018/19.
Kind Regards,
Tony
