If huawei device could detect the SSID of the Multy, I think it would work.

I don't know if the Huawei device would work.
If you bought a Zyxel Multy Mini then it would definitely be compatible and supported, see https://www.zyxel.com/uk/en/products_services/Multy-Mini-Dual-Band-WiFi-System-Add-on-Multy-Mini/
