I reset USG to system default, what is admin password ?

The user's password cannot be cracked by anyway. It may be Vulnerability issue, if the password can be known by others.
Please backup the startup-config.conf constantly, after you modify the settings.

Is it possible using debug mode AT command to recover ?

Here the ideal, but need to get the right AT command and test.
1.Connect RS-232 console to device and reboot device into debug mode
2.Using AT command to download configuration via RS-232 console
3.Then edit the configuration file to remove the line "username admin ....." so that to reset admin password
4.Upload the configuration via console and reboot

Unfortunetly, I cannot find the same AT command "ATLC" & "ATTD" as my old ZyWALL 5 has.
So that look like the only solution is need to regular backup your configuration.

I don't think you can access the config in console mode without logging in.
For the OP did you ever save backups of the config file on the Zywall? When you factory reset, it replaces the startup config file but I believe it keeps any copied config files you've saved internally on the device. Under this scenario, you could reset, login with the default admin, download the saved config and the startup config and copy your settings (minus the user accounts) from the saved config to the startup config using Notepad++, upload back to the Zywall and boot from it.
I know this doesn't really help for forgotten passwords but it's good to regularly download config files so you can quickly restore the device instead of having to rebuild it.
