[NEBULA] speed issues

Internet speed from cable going in is 850kb/s. Out of the Nebula is only 100kb/s.
Running NSG200 with two NSW-100-28P switches.
Anti-virus is on.
Any thoughts?

    May I know how you test it is the speed test? And can you please temporary disable the Anti-virus and test it again, thank you.

    Hi Chris,

    Speed test is done trough cable connected directly to modem or firewall.

    When i deactivate the anti virus the speed is perfect but when activated max 100 kb/s.

    When i read the specs the max speed with anti virus activated is 300 kb/s?

    Hello @Jurgen_1975 ,

    Please be aware that the speed spec. in datasheet is Mb/s not kb/s, may I confirm with you that your network speed is Mbps or Kbps?

    Hi Chris,

    My bad, speed is in Mbps. So nevertheless with anti virus activated i am only getting output speed of max 100 Mbps.

    It looks your devices are synced 100 Mbs/sec.
