    Hi @Ricardo_ITS

    You can use the command “show port setting” to check if the negotiation is auto.

    Use the command “show port status” to check the port status on the device.

    And share your result with us in this thread.

    Today I have a Vodafone FTTH fiber with an effective speed in Download at 940 mb/s and in Upload 250 mb/s, but if I connect behind the firewall the maximum is 95 Downloads and 95 Uploads.

    I never understood if there is a solution ...

    You would need a VPN300 to get 1Gb speeds by TCP without security service like content filter.

    Hi @kernel24,

    Can you try to configure your lan1 interface's Speed & Duplex value to 1.0 Gbps Full Duplex both for Zyxel gateway and your Client PC?

    For Zyxel gateway you can find this configuration under Configuration > Network > Interface > Port Configuration menu;

    For Windows client;
     Settings > Ethernet > Change Adapter Options > Ethernet Properties > Configure > Advanced > Speed & Duplex;

    Best regards.

    Unfortunately, I can't find the Full Duplex options on my Zyxel USG 100 PLUS

    In the GUI for the old line of Zywall/USG devices, this setting is not available, you can only view the current port operation mode. You can change it by connecting via ssh.

    Hi guys, I've the same problem with USG40.
    After upgrade to Ftth fiber USG40 limit to 100Mbit network speed both download and upload.
    Speed port negotiation is 1000Mbs-full duplex both  wan1 and lan1
    If bypass USG40, speed increase to 700Mbit dnl-upl
    Do you have solution?

    Hi @Afdent,

    Can you share some information with us:

    1-    What’s your USG40’s current firmware version?

    2-    Can you share your current topology with IP addresses on it?

    3-    USG40 doesn’t have SFP input for fiber connection. How did you connect it via Fiber?

    Can you provide your FTTH device’s brand, model and firmware version?

    4- Can you provide me remote limited-admin access to your USG40 by private message?

    5- Can you share your interfaces' Speed & Duplex value's screenshot in this post?

    You can find this configuration under Configuration > Network > Interface > Port > Port Configuration menu;
