To eliminate external factor, we need your help to do below action.
- Change the cable to another one, and observe if the speed will be 1000Mbps.
- Swap the ports, and observe if the AP speed will be 1000Mbps.
If it still does not help, please provide the serial number and MAC address for me via private message. We will help to check the product process.

Did you change the cable or port on switch? I got uplink 100M issue but it's resolved by changing the cable, so maybe you can try and do a test for it.

I have noticed the same problem, only 1 AP has this, the others are just fine. They are all connected to the same switch and ports has been changed already.

I put the AP in question on a known good cable from another AP and its speed was set to 1000M. I put the questionable AP back on the old cable it was on before and all is good. Been up and running for 3 weeks now with no problems. Still trying to figure that one out?
