    BTW, can reboot solve this issue?

    Yes, as I told you it was working fine until yesterday then it suddenly stopped. The device has been on for 25 days. I cannot reboot the device in the middle of the day when everyone is connected....

    Hi Zyxel_Vic. We have the same problem:(
    Simple AD-auth by AD group working fine after upgrade to V4.35(AAAB.3)ITS-WK13-r92843, BUT 2-factor AD-auth by AD group stil not working.
    We use V4.35(AAAB.3)ITS-WK13-r92843 firmware.
    Error the same: Can't get email from user:

    on AD, can I know did you enter the email information on the test account?

    Yes, information is present. Mailbox is active. Account enabled.
    Even in the test inside the ext-group-user mail is present

    This is showing fixed in v4.38 release notes, which just got released. But also looks like it got pulled. Can't download it.
