Old SSID's showing up after the AP is now controlled
Ok, I have three AP's that used to be controlled manually and setup with unique SSID's on each AP. Once i connected the NCX2500 it took over managing the AP's (which is what i want). I have configured the AP's in the controller to have multiple SSID's on each AP again which is what i want. But I am still seeing some of the old SSID's being broadcasted. They dont show up in the controller but is there a way i can remove them? Do i need to somehow remove the AP from the controller and wipe the AP device and then rejoin?
Any help would be great.

Hi @Reebs
Please go to Monitor > Wireless > AP Information > Radio List >
, select each AP separately and click "More Information" by NXC2500's GUI.
To clarify whether there is any SSID name and BSSID match to old SSID.
And I suggest to use some Wi-Fi analyzer tool like InSSIDer or WinFi by PC or mobile device to scan your wireless environment, so you can figure out which AP with its BSSID is broadcasting the old SSID signal. Please help to collect and download the NXC's configuration file as well and diagnostic logs of 3 APs by NXC2500's GUI, as well as providing them and old SSID name via private message to me.
Go to MAINTENANCE > File Manager > Configuration Files > startup-config.conf
Go to MAINTENANCE > Diagnostics > AP > Collect now
Thanks!

Hi @Reebs
Please go to MAINTENANCE > Diagnostics > Files > Download
And you don't need to have a USB stick connect to NXC's USB slot.
Thanks!

Hi Reebs,
Thanks for providing those files, but there is no any Gateway or Gateway2 SSID after I filtered all contents of 3 APs and NXC's configuration.
Could you use some WiFi analyzer tool to scan entire wireless environment? To check which BSSID is used Gateway, Gateway2 with its MAC address, so you can use the MAC address of BSSID to check which AP or device is broadcasting that.
And you replied that you found the culprit. There was an old access point that was broadcasting the SSID.5
