Then collect the packet on WAN interface to check if ISP has responded to the device.
Can you share your configuration on your IPV6 settings?

Yes i have tried resetting everything and start from new again
How do i collect the packet on WAN interface ?
My ISP info on IPV6rd configuration for my ip range
IPv4 BR adresse: 158.248.255.254
IPv4 Prefix: 17
IPv6 Prefix: 2A00:FD00:FFF4::
IPv6 Prefix Length: 47
IPv6 DNS: 2a01:798:0:8012::4
My Zywall does not give any IPV6 dns info ??

Side note:
I have changed ipv6 address/prefix length to 2A00:FD00:FFF4::1/64
and Advertised prefix table to 2A00:FD00:FFF4::/64

its not working for me in my zywall 1100

Here is the example how to collect packet.
GO to Maintenance > Diagnostics > Packet Capture > Capture to select the Capture Interfaces > click Capture
After a while, click stop and go to Maintenance > Diagnostics > Packet Capture > Files > select the files and click Download to check the packet on WAN & LAN

Hi @Zyxel_JerryI have gone what you have described and i can see that ipv6 traffic is going through tunnel0, but i don't get any response0

After check the image you provide, the information is still not enough to know which part cause the client cannot reach the Internet access.
It need to step by step to figure out why the client cannot access to the internet.
First, check if the client can reach WAN interface and WAN gateway, use ping to check if client can reach them.
If the client can reach WAN interface and gateway, then go to check the second step,
Use device Network tool to check if the device can access the internet, ping dns.google with IPV6 type to check.
Below is the steps to check networking on the device.
Go to Maintenance > Diagnostics > Network Tool > select PING IPv6> fill in the dns.google > click Test
