Get CNM-ID fail ?

Hi,
i am getting the following error in logs -->
Get CNM-ID fail, with error=1,msg=Cannot find SecuManager ?

    Can you private message the serial number/MAC address of device?
    Also, please check secumanager server's port: 5222 is not blocked in your environment.
