MSP Portal: New site, new device - how to add?

So on NCC, I'm looking to add a new site (I currently have 2, want a third).  I don't see where that can be done, and from there I don't see how to add a device to any site.  I can view things, but don't see anyplace like a device addition function.

    Hi @BMS

    If you want to create a new site in your organization, you may go to Organization-wide > Configure > Create site.

    You may register/add your device at this page at the same time.
    Or, you may register/add your device at the following two pages after creating site:
    Organization-wide > Configure > Inventory

    Site-wide > Configure > Add devices
