Hello all.  i have a problem, long time never solved. I  have a one zywall 1100, zywall 110, VPN1000, ad i have the same problem in all the device. I use to connect in L2TP, and all is great. But after a while, with no rules seems, i get the Number of Login Users  more   bigger then the VPN Status.  Like user connect 170 and 30 vpn status.I let 3 connection for each users and i see all of them with 3 connection open.  When this some people can still use, some others can't connect. The only way i have to fix is reboot the device and all get back works perfectly. I also ask a Zyxel approved engeneer to solve this problem but not  solved. This problem happend to me with all the 3 device i have. I have all last firmware in all the device. It append random, can be one time a day, 4 time a day, or one time after 3 days. Seems there is nothing that can explain it. I did connect to a modem that already get the connection  and nat. If anyone have some idea, is really very welcome.

    Hi @milo,

The list of Login Users contains not only l2tp users but also other login type such as http/https and console.

To check if the number of “l2tp” users are exactly the same as the number of L2TP VPN connection, you can go to MONITOR > System Status > Login Users to check the number of users with type “l2tp”. Check if the IP addresses of type “l2tp” match secure gateways of L2TP VPN in  MONITOR > VPN Monitor > IPSec.

    Hi @milo,

To check if there are duplicate connections from the same L2TP VPN client, could you give me the web GUI access of your VPN1000 in private message?
