Moving a site to another Organization

Hi,

We are in a situation where a Company is Selling part of the business to another Company.
So, we need to Move a couple of sites to a newly created Account and Organization.
The question is, can this be done without having to create alle the settings again.

    May I know if you want to transfer all sites to new organization or only some of sites need to move?
    If you want to move all sites, we may help you to transfer organization owner directly.
