So the new marketplace is cool and all (even though I lost a partner level in the switch from Digital River ugh), but why in the world can we not file a sales tax exemption?? Fastspring told me we have to request a refund of sales tax every time we order??? That's nuts

Plus the VPN licenses sure don't seem to have partner pricing - they look like list ($79.99 and $39.99 for Mac) or they've gone WAY up.
