Zywall 100 lost configuration

After power off my Zywall 100 lost last configuration and start with "last good". Because always after some changes I save config I try start Zywall with backup config: Zywall find some problems in it and back to "last good". How can I check what is wrong in this config?

    Hi @Leszek,

    Connect the serial console between ZyWALL and one laptop.

    Use the commands to apply your backup configuration file.

    If it failed to apply the backup configuration file, you'll find the reason in "ERROR:".

    Router# configure terminal

    Router(config)# apply /conf/test_backup.conf

    Hi
    we tested it and finally there was no error on the terminal but new config did not load. There was a additional restart during loading new config and Zywall had old one "last good".
    But we found a solution: we use the load via HTTP with option "...ignoring errors" and it's working.
