This device will only connect at 100 mbps. The ethernet indicator color is amber. When I attached another NWA-1123 using the same cable it connects at 1,000 mbps. I attempted factory resetting. Nothing I do makes a difference. How do I correct this?

Would you like to connect the AP to another port with another cable line? If it still gets 100Mbps, we suggest to send the AP back to RMA. Please contact your reseller for the procedure.
