ATP 500 freezes when BWM is turned on

Good afternoon, there is ATP500, it works stably, the firmware costs 4.55. But as soon as I turn on and configure BWM, after a while with BWM turned on, it just stops responding to pings from LAN and WAN. Only a physical reboot of the device helps. Tell me what could be the matter, I have already tried everything, or is it a factory defect?
