[091901]APP crashes on Android

App version: V1.1.8.170908
phone device information: LG Nexus 5X
Android version: 8.0.0

After the installation of both Multy-X devices, I recognize that the App crahses several times, f.e. when I want to start the diagnose, app crahses and start again automatically. I need to close the app and restart several times until the app is stable again.

    Same experience here. Android APP keeps crashing constantly or slows down and only shows the loading icon. I got the devices installed but after playing around a while with the APP it starts crashing.

    App version: V1.1.8.170908
    Phone: One Plus 3t

    We have release a new version of Multy X app for Android.
    You can download it from the following link and please also upgrade your Multy X device firmware to V1.00(ABKJ.1)B6.

    Just test it the last days, seems the crashes are less than before/ more or less gone, I just had one crash until now

    After nearly one week without any crahses, on saturday it starts again.
    App Version:
    Android V1.1.8.170913 APK of Multy X
    Workaround to get the App working again was to delete the cache of the App in memory settings of smartphone.

    and again, today App starts to crashed again, also to delete the cache didn't help.
    The de - and reinstall of the App helps a bit. But there are still many crashes.
    do you know already when we can get a App update?

    It also crashes on iOS Devices today. We can see the dashboard and after that we go to devices and to the Group tap then the App closed
